Renowned City Lawyer Cliff Ombeta has sent a tough warning to Mugithi Singer DJ Fatxo to avoid media interviews at all cost, saying anything he says now will be used against him in the court of law.
This is after the Singer did a press Conference airing his side of the story on the exact events that happened in the case of Jeff Mwathi’s death where he is the person of interest.
Ombeta shared the message in a tweet and it says,”Dj Faxto. Stop blundering. You are supposed to be quiet at this moment. Nil by mouth. Anything you say now is dangerous to you or your defense. Don’t give cops ground to contradict or investigate.”
And then he went ahead and said,Let you lawyer speak. You can always deny what he says. “MISQUOTED” always helps’
