TROUBLED former Education Cabinet Secretary Prof. George Magoha sent a chilling prediction he would die a few hours before he died from a cardiac arrest.
The professor of Medicine, apparently urgently summoned his wife Dr Barbra Magoha, and their only child Michael Magoha, his daughter in law, and his best friend and confidant Prof. Walter Mwanda and informed them that ‘his time had come and was happy everything was done’.
After experiencing bouts of collapsing and feeling weak, Prof. Magoha asked his wife, Dr Barbra, who is a Nigerian by birth to immediately summon their son Michael, who is also a medical doctor.
Magoha also requested for his daughter in law and confidant Prof. Walter Mwanda.
“He had a premonition and told his wife I suppose but you will get it from her that his time had come and he was happy everything was done. He then asked the wife to call the son and the daughter in law,” said Prof. Mwanda.
“He also said he wanted to see me, he was at home (the entire time),you may know that he was arranging for the burial of his brother,” he added.
Prof. Magoha collapsed a total of four times before he breathed his last while at the Nairobi hospital Casualty section.
